2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service provided:

We will assess the issue and may offer to re-perform the service at no additional cost.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

The service was not completed as agreed

Significant service errors occurred due to our fault

Duplicate payment or billing error
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, lawn health, soil conditions)

Failure to provide property access at the scheduled time

Failure to remove obstacles or secure pets

Changes in expectations not included in the original service agreement
5. Prepaid Services & Packages

Prepaid services or seasonal packages are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Any unused services may be reviewed for partial credit at our discretion.
6. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation charge.
7. Processing Refunds

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:
